Fall Semester Wrap Up

Season’s Greetings from South Florida Music!

As our fall classes conclude, we reflect on another wonderful semester of music and learning.

This past Saturday, December 16th, our 2018 Disney Performance Group, Year 3 Piano Students, and special Friends of South Florida Music guests delighted the audience at Miami ZooLights. Check out these images from their show, and visit our Facebook and YouTube pages for additional photos and video.

Throughout the past 4 months, our 2018 Disney Performance Group (pictured above) has been hard at work preparing 25 minutes of continuous song and dance to take the stage at Disney Springs! Start your new year off by joining us at 12:15pm on January 5th to celebrate their accomplishments. Can’t make it to Disney Springs? Visit our Facebook for a livestream or the show, or to view photos/videos after the event.

Don’t miss out on our spring semester–registration is now open on our Classes page, and many sections will fill well in advance of the start of the semester on January 17th. Our full spring schedule can be found here.

Finally, save the date, Sunday, April 22nd for the Friends of South Florida Music Annual Benefit Concert! All enrolled SFM students are invited to perform as we share an afternoon of music from our youngest babies to our accomplished piano students. Proceeds from the event support South Florida Music’s music education programs for children in underserved communities. Additional details will be shared when spring classes commence.

During this festive holiday season, we send our best wishes to you and your families. Happy Holidays, and we look forward to sharing music with you in the new year!
